Your chauffeur will be waiting for you at the with a name board to greet you. There are no scheduled activities for today, so please take the time to relax at the hotel and recover from your flight.
The Imperial Palace East Gardens
Begin your day with a visit to the Imperial Palace East Gardens with an English speaking guide with a private vehicle, a peaceful escape from the busy city. Located on the site of the former Edo Castle, the garden is rich in history and offers a great opportunity to enjoy Tokyo's natural beauty while walking through its quiet paths. Sensō-ji Temple & Nakamise-dori
Continue your journey to Asakusa to visit Sensō-ji Temple, Tokyo's oldest and most revered temple. Afterwards, explore Nakamise-dori, a lively street lined with traditional shops where you can enjoy various snacks and shop for unique souvenirs that reflect the spirit of old Tokyo.
Sumida River Cruise
Take a relaxing Sumida River Cruise, where you’ll get to see Tokyo from a different angle. As you cruise from Asakusa to Hama-rikyu Gardens, you’ll be able to view famous landmarks such as the Tokyo Skytree and the Rainbow Bridge, all while enjoying the calm waters of the river. Hama-rikyū Gardens Teahouse
Enjoy a traditional Japanese experience at the teahouse in Hama-rikyu Gardens for your Lunch. Ginza District

Kabuki-za Theatre
In the evening, enjoy a performance at the Kabuki-za Theatre, where you’ll be introduced to one of Japan's most iconic traditional performing arts. The sightseeing tour will conclude upon arrival at Kabuki-za Theatre. Kabuki combines elaborate costumes, dramatic storytelling, and music to create a unique theatrical experience. If you learn about the story beforehand, you'll gain a deeper understanding and appreciation for this cultural treasure.

The next day, you will take the Shinkansen (bullet train) to Sendai.
Tokyo to Sendai (Miyagi)
Upon arrival in Sendai the Shinkansen (bullet train), leave your luggage at the hotel to travel light for the day's adventure.
Zao Okama
Head out from Sendai Station by private taxi to Zao Okama, a spectacular volcanic crater lake nestled within the Zao Mountain Range. Also known as the "Five Color Pond," the lake is famous for its ability to change colors depending on the sunlight and weather conditions. Located at an altitude of around 1,600 meters, the panoramic views of the emerald-green lake and the surrounding volcanic ridges are absolutely breathtaking. Visitors can enjoy a leisurely stroll along the scenic walking paths in the area.
Zao Mountaintop Restaurant
For lunch, stop at the Zao mountaintop restaurant, where you can savor a regional specialty: Zao Kamakatsu-don (pork cutlet bowl). This hearty dish is prepared with fresh, local ingredients and is perfect for refueling after exploring the mountain. Continue your journey to Zao Fox Village and/or Miyagi Zao Kokeshi Doll Hall.
Zao Fox Village
Zao Fox Village is a one-of-a-kind wildlife park that’s home to over 100 foxes of various breeds. Foxes are considered symbols of good fortune in Japanese culture, and this park allows you to see them up close in a naturalistic setting. Walk through the spacious park to observe these playful creatures roaming freely, and take photos of them in their adorable environment. Feeding the foxes is permitted in designated areas, offering a truly unique and memorable experience.
Miyagi Zao Kokeshi Doll Hall
Visit the Miyagi Zao Kokeshi Doll Hall, a museum celebrating the traditional craft of kokeshi doll-making. These charming wooden dolls are hand-carved and painted, showcasing simple yet vibrant designs that have been passed down through generations. At the museum, watch skilled artisans demonstrate the intricate process of making these dolls(if you are lucky), and even participate in a hands-on workshop to create your very own kokeshi doll as a keepsake. This cultural experience offers a deeper connection to the history and artistry of the region.
Return to Sendai Station
Return to Sendai Station and finish with the private taxi tour and enjoy dinner at your leisure. One of the must-try dishes in Sendai is gyutan (grilled beef tongue), a local delicacy that’s tender, flavorful, and widely loved. Many restaurants near the station specialize in gyutan, serving it in various styles and as part of set meals.
Hiraizumi (Iwate)
After breakfast, take the Shinkansen (bullet train) followed by a local train to reach Hiraizumi, a town steeped in history and culture.
Once you arrive, a private sightseeing taxi will take you to visit three major attractions.
Chūson-ji Temple
A UNESCO World Heritage Site, Chūson-ji is famous for its Konjikidō (Golden Hall), a small yet breathtakingly beautiful hall entirely covered in gold. Wander through the peaceful temple grounds surrounded by cedar trees, and immerse yourself in the historical significance of this Buddhist site.
Mōtsū-ji Temple
Known for its tranquil Pure Land Garden, this UNESCO-recognized temple offers an ideal space to connect with nature and Buddhist philosophy. The pond and meticulously maintained gardens symbolize paradise in Buddhist teachings.
Genbikei Gorge
This scenic gorge is known for its striking rock formations and emerald-green waters. A must-try experience here is the famous flying dango (sweet rice dumplings), where your order is sent across the gorge in a basket on a pulley, and fresh dango is delivered back to you in the same way!
The sightseeing tour will conclude upon arrival at your accommodation, the Hiraizumi Club, your accommodation for the night. This cozy and elegant property is the perfect place to unwind after a day of cultural and natural exploration.
You will have lunch at a local restaurant during the sightseeing tour. Here, savor premium Maesawa beef, a highly prized wagyu brand known for its exceptional marbling. Enjoy dishes like sukiyaki or shabu-shabu, paired with the restaurant's serene Japanese-style ambiance. (Lunch is not included in the tour price.) After lunch, continue your exploration with the private taxi. Enjoy a delicious dinner at Hiraizumi Club, featuring seasonal ingredients and dishes that reflect the local culinary traditions of the region.

Hachinohe (Aomori)
After checking out in the morning, you will take the Shinkansen from Ichinoseki Station to Hachinohe Station. Once you arrive, a private sightseeing taxi will take you to the Hachinohe area, starting with a visit to the lively Hachinohe Fish Market (the Hachoshoku Center).
Hachinohe Hasshoku Center(Hachinohe Fish Market)
A lively market offering fresh seafood, local vegetables, and regional specialties. Enjoy a meal at market stalls, trying kaisendon, sushi, and grilled seafood, or shop for souvenirs like senbei rice crackers and local pickles.
Kabushima Island
A famous breeding ground for black-tailed gulls, where you can admire the ocean views and observe thousands of seagulls in their natural habitat.
Tanesashi Coastline
A scenic coastal area perfect for a relaxing walk along the ocean. Enjoy breathtaking views, fresh sea air, and a great photo spot at Tanesashi Lighthouse.
Oirase / Towada
After the sightseeing, a taxi will take you to your hotel, the Hoshino Resort Oirase Keiryu Hotel, where you’ll check in and enjoy a delightful dinner.
You will spend two nights and will be enjoying a relaxing and comfortable stay.
Free Day in Oirase / Towada
After enjoying breakfast at the hotel in the morning, we recommend sending your suitcase to the next accommodation in Hakodate, as it allows you more flexibility for sightseeing the following day.
Today is a free day, giving you the flexibility to either enjoy activities offered by Hoshino Resort or explore other parts of Aomori with a separately arranged sightseeing taxi.

You will spend your second night at the Hoshino Resort Oirase Keiryu Hotel.
For lunch, you are free to explore nearby restaurants, as the hotel does not offer lunch service. In the evening, you will enjoy dinner at the hotel.
Aomori
After breakfast, you will depart for a self-guided sightseeing tour around Aomori Station using chartered transfer from hotel. Notable attractions include the Nebuta no Ie Warasse, a museum showcasing Aomori's famous Nebuta Festival, the A Factory complex, which houses various local products and crafts, and the Aomori Prefectural Tourism and Product Center Aspam, a center where you can learn more about the region and its specialties. Aomori is renowned for its apples, and its apple pie is a must-try. Savor the rich flavors of one of Japan’s best!
The recommended place for lunch is Furukawa Market, located near Aomori Station, where you can select your choice of sashimi or seafood to create your own "Nokke-don" (a bowl of rice topped with your choice of seafood). "Nokke-don" is a unique style of rice bowl where you choose your preferred toppings from a selection of fresh, local seafood, often served with a soy-based sauce. It's a fun and customizable meal, allowing you to enjoy the fresh flavors of Aomori's maritime bounty. Please note that Furukawa Market is closed on Tuesdays.
Hakodate (Hokkaido)
After lunch, you will take a local train and the Shinkansen(bullet train), heading towards Hakodate. On the way, you will pass through the Seikan Tunnel, a remarkable feat of engineering that runs under the sea, connecting Honshu and Hokkaido. The tunnel is 53.8 kilometers long, with 23.3 kilometers of it submerged beneath the seabed, making it one of the longest undersea tunnels in the world.
Upon arriving in Hakodate, you will check in to your hotel, where you can unwind and enjoy a delicious dinner on-site.
You will spend two nights at Boro Noguchi Hakodate, where your room comes equipped with a private hot springs baths , allowing you to relax while enjoying a scenic view of the surrounding area.
Hakodate
After breakfast at the hotel, you will embark on a half-day guided tour. The tour will take you to some of Hakodate's most iconic sites.
Sightseeing highlights:
Goryokaku Park is a historic star-shaped fort built during the Edo period, known for its beautiful layout and tranquil surroundings. It is famous for its cherry blossoms in spring and offers a scenic view from the observation tower.
The Bay Area in Hakodate is a lively waterfront district with a mix of modern and historical architecture. It's perfect for a relaxing stroll, enjoying views of the harbor, and visiting the Hakodate Maritime Museum or the Red Brick Warehouses.
Hakodate has a number of charming Christian churches, reflecting the city's historical influence from foreign missionaries. Hakodate Church and Benten Daikan (St. John’s Church) are among the notable ones, showcasing beautiful architecture and peaceful settings.
Hachimanzaka is a scenic spot known for its elegant sloping street and historical homes. The hill offers great views of the city and harbor, and the walk itself has a charming old-town atmosphere.
After that, you will have free time to explore local restaurants and enjoy a meal of your choice and will have free time to relax and recharge for the evening's activities.
In the evening, you will take part in a night view tour from the Hakodate Mountain Observatory, where you can enjoy panoramic views of the city’s stunning nightscape.
You will spend the second night at Boro Noguchi Hakodate.
For lunch, you are free to choose from a variety of dining options. Recommended local specialties include seafood, curry, Hokkaido ramen, the iconic Lucky Pierrot burger, or yakitori (grilled skewered chicken), among many other tempting dishes. (Lunch is not included in the tour price.)
Hakodate
After enjoying an early breakfast at the hotel, we suggest heading to Hakodate Asaichi (Morning Market) for an early lunch, where you can indulge in fresh seafood and immerse yourself in the lively atmosphere of one of the region’s most popular markets. It’s the perfect chance to savor Hakodate’s famous seafood before your departure.
Kyoto
Following your meal, please make your way to Hakodate Airport for your flight to Osaka Itami Airport. Upon arrival in Osaka, you will travel to The Thousand Kyoto for check-in via an arranged private taxi, where you can relax and enjoy the rest of your day at leisure.
For dinner, you can choose to explore nearby restaurants and enjoy a meal on your own.
Kyoto
After breakfast, you will embark on a full-day guided tour with a private vehicle in Kyoto. Your guide will take you through some of Kyoto’s most iconic sites, allowing you to immerse yourself in the city’s rich history and cultural heritage.

After breakfast at the hotel, you will embark on a full-day guided tour of Osaka with private vehicle, exploring the city’s vibrant culture, history, and renowned food scene.
